How can I cancel my booking?
There are two ways to cancel your event. Please see below.
Cancel booking online
You can cancel your booking instantly by accessing your booking online How to access my booking online then clicking on "Cancel" this will automatically cancel your booking. Once you click cancel your booking will disappear from the page. If you have multiple bookings with us please ensure you cancel all bookings individually.
Cancel booking via email
Alternative you can contact support on info@evengo.co.uk - please ensure you state your booking ID and the email address you used to book online for verification purposes. If you have multiple bookings with us, ensure you provide accurate information otherwise both bookings could be cancelled at the same time. Each booking (each service you booked) has its own unique booking ID.
